Dr Tshipayagae has over 13 years of experience and has been a member of various committees such as the Botswana Health Professions Council. He has played a vital role in the health community. He has overseen some of the great initiatives that have sped up the quality of service in Botswana. He is passionate about bringing access to safe surgery to previously disadvantaged communities in Botswana.
