Bio

Dr Soosiwala graduated from the Nelson R Mandela School of Medicine in 2003. During his community service he completed his diploma in anaesthetics. After completing his post graduate degrees as a specialist physician and fellowship in cardiology, he worked as a consultant and cath lab director at Greys Academic Hospital in Pietermaritzburg.

His interests include interventional cardiology, management of heart failure and heart rhythm abnormalities. He completed the European Advanced Pacing Course. To date he is in partnership with Dr Shiraz Gafoor at Lenmed Ethekwini Hospital and Heart Centre.
