Bio

Dr Matthew Saunders obtained his undergraduate degree (MBChB) at the University of Pretoria in 2014. After working as a medical officer in the department of emergency medicine at Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital he received a Dip PEC(SA) from the College of Emergency Medicine of South Africa in 2018.

Dr Saunders joined the team at Lenmed Ethekwini Hospital and Heart Centre in 2019 as the Principal Clinical Manager for the 24 Hour Accident and Emergency Unit.
